What is considered "structural design"?

We refer exclusively to the design of technical drawings, flow diagrams, and 3D models for space optimization. We do not perform structural engineering calculations or sign off on construction projects.

Ownership

Who owns the final blueprints?

The copyrights for the delivered blueprints and designs are transferred to the client upon full payment. Layoutform retains the right to use the work anonymously in its portfolio.

Ergonomics

Are our ergonomic studies certifications?

No. Our ergonomic analyses are design recommendations based on international standards. They do not constitute an official certification nor replace the evaluation of a certified ergonomist.

Timelines

Are delivery times a contractual guarantee?

Estimated timelines are objectives based on initial information. Delays due to substantial changes in requirements or lack of information from the client may modify the final delivery date.

Modifications

How many revisions are included?

Each project includes two rounds of minor revisions within the agreed scope. Structural changes or significant redesigns after approval may incur additional charges.

Confidentiality

How is sensitive client information handled?

All shared information is treated under a confidentiality agreement. Blueprints and data are not shared with third parties without express authorization, except by legal obligation.
